Personal Health Record
The personal health record allows you to view the information that your health care providers see so that you can be more involved and knowledgeable about your health.
What It Includes
At first, you will be able to view:
- Laboratory test results
- X-ray reports (except for the images)
- A list of your medications received from community pharmacies
- Identified allergies
Users can also access mental health and health information resources.
How to Access
To access your personal health records, you will need to have a government-issued photo identification card and your MCP connected through MyGovNL as well as an email address. Once verified, a unique activation code will be mailed to you. This activation code is required for the first time you login to your personal health record.
Residents will be able to grant access to their personal health record to family members and trusted caregivers.
